Not only do guests get the royal treatment, they get plenty of sausage to clot an artery on the spot. The folks at BratWorks allow guests to get up-close and personal to see the meat mixed and squirted out of a huge machine hundreds of links at a time. Ann and Dean Fagan began the operation in 1987 by serving a special blend sausage seasoned to perfection at state fairs and festivals. Today, they are a manufacturer that distributes to many retail outlets. And for those in town, there’s a drive-thru window to get a sausage sandwich fix year-round.
