Head for downtown Toledo to send summer off in style. Riverfest attracts more than 125,000 visitors to the shores of the Maumee River to have fun. The festival features a variety of musical entertainment from nationally known bands to local favorites. Many hands-on kid’s activities are available and interactive games as well. A spectacular fireworks display set to music is an annual favorite. And fairly new attractions are the Holy Toledo, Let’s Jam day of Christian music and SkateFest which determines the top boarders in the region as they navigate through obstacles. Other points of interest include the Teen stage where teen bands play to the audience and progressive art display of a 40-foot long graffiti mural.
