The Barnesville Pumpkin Festival has many interesting activities taking place. Its contests include hog calling, pumpkin rolling, largest pumpkin, pumpkin pie eating and banjo, and fiddle contests. If that weren’t enough, there is a giant pumpkin parade, tall tales, an antique car show, quilts, crafts, farm machinery, music, food, and entertainment.
