These include a candy store, multiple clothing boutiques, art studios, decor shops, and a store dedicated to the hardworking local makers of Coshocton County. “Visitors love the variety of items available in the shops,” said Mindy Brems, director of the Coshocton Visitors Bureau. “The shops are filled with handmade leather goods, locally made food and wines, home decor, bath & body, clothing, fine jewelry, pottery, woodworking, candy, and American-made flags.” It’s the perfect place to start on your holiday shopping.
Roscoe Village has four great dining options spanning multiple cuisines to suit every taste. The Annual Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival takes place every October. The smell of fresh apple butter fills the air during this event, which recaptures the flavor of an old-time harvest celebration. Watch fresh apple butter being stirred in copper kettles over open fires while enjoying delicious food, live music, free activities for kids, craft & food vendors, the history of the canal town, and more!
