Katalina’s in Columbus is one of those Hipster finds you can’t wait to share with others. It’s a Latin-leaning, Southern-slanted café that declares homemade food with attitude and is the proud Home of The Original Pancake Balls™. Everything in the century-old former gas station is covered in graffiti inside and out. They even provide the markers to add your artistic touch. The owner, Kathleen Day, is a refreshing, creative talent who has honed her cooking skills since age nine and mastered them in Paris, France. When she joined the Cbus food scene, she became the Dine Diva, and her creativity with menus and decor set her apart in a unique, expressive way. She says Katalina’s is her alter ego.
