The historic Lanterman’s Mill was built in the mid-1800s and restored in the 1980s. It still operates along Mill Creek, grinding wheat, corn, and buckwheat. Touring the mill reveals the ingenuity of the operation to make flour or meal in the Nineteenth Century. In addition to stone-ground and preservative-free buckwheat, cornmeal, and whole wheat flour, the gift shop also offers candles, jewelry, and other gift items.
