The Ohio Harness Racing Hall of Fame at Scioto Downs by Eldorado Gaming: The hall of fame is better described as a “wall of fame” at Scioto Downs. The racetrack has offered harness racing for more than 50 years, and now honors people who made it all possible. The display is located about midway into the main level of the clubhouse. Live racing is usually held from early May through mid-September.
