The Ohio Pawpaw Festival at Lake Snowden in Albany, Ohio, features pawpaw food, craft beer, education, history, art, competitions, sustainable living workshops, live music, and kids’ activities. The fest celebrates the pawpaw (Asimina triloba), North America’s largest native tree fruit. The fun includes contests for the best pawpaw, the best pawpaw-related work of art, a pawpaw cook-off, and the pawpaw-eating contest.
