Pomeroy, Ohio’s “Rhythm on the River” is a series of free concerts held on Friday evenings throughout the Summer. Well attended by families and individuals alike, the Rhythm on the River shows are a wonderful way to spend a nice summer eve congregating with friends and neighbors.
