Summer Harvest Gourmet Gala in Tiffin, Ohio: The Franciscan Earth Literacy Center will host their annual Summer Harvest Gourmet Gala on the St. Francis Community Campus. This premier event showcases the culinary talents of regional chefs and features local wines. The event, which serves as a fundraiser for the Franciscan Earth Literacy Center is designed to offer guests a unique culinary opportunity to taste gourmet fare featuring locally grown, chemical-free produce and to meet the chefs who prepare the dishes. The evening will include festive entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, local wines and microbrew beers followed by a gourmet chef-prepared dinner served under a large tent while guests enjoy a summer evening on the beautiful grounds of St. Francis.
